2025 Mazu Pilgrimage Schedule in Baishatun
The annual vibrant event of Taiwan is “Bhaishatun Mazu Pilgrimage” and this festival will celebrate and honor the Taoist Sea goddess. The worshippers pray for the secured journey of people in the ocean and to demolish all the odds that come in future. During this pilgrimage, people will carry a statue of Taoist Goddess in a palanquin and it will be carried through routes which gets changed every year, at the end of the pilgrimage people will visit the Chaotian Temple and the pilgrimage will be concluded with a open pot ceremony at Gongtian temple.
The Chairman of Beigang Chaotian Palace, Cai Yongxun has given instructions that this year March will be in rush so the feet have to be trained for foot strength during the Mazu. Meanwhile, the Pink Supercar will depart on May 1, 2025, it will reach the Beigang on May 3, enter the fire on May 4, will return to the palace on May 11 & the fire commences on May 22 of the lunar calendar and will arrive Beigang on April 6, 2025 and the scheduled time of this event is reported as 37 hours.
The registration for Beigang Tiangong will be accepted from March 27, 2025.
