Azure Residences Shooting: What Happened at Parañaque’s Condo Complex?

A 59-year-old man who lives in the basketball court of the Azure Urban Resort Residences, Barangay Marcelo Green, Paranaque City, shot dead two people and wounded four others around 8 PM on March 4, 2026. 

The masked gunman, who used a 9mm pistol, entered the gated court and opened fire before escaping, as witnesses claimed that he was firing at anyone he encountered before making his way on foot to a nearby mall. 

Victims flocked to Ospital ng Paranaque and Paranaque Doctors Hospital; survivors are stable. Hot pursuit of SWAT/Barangay tanods continues–suspect owns a unit–confirmed by Parañaque Police Chief Nicolas Piñon.
