KUALA LUMPUR – CIMB Bank Bhd and CIMB Islamic Bank Bhd (CIMB) has announced two new digital solutions for customers and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to improve accesibility to the company’s offering.
The two online solutions includes an online-to-branch application process for individual banking customers and the Biz Financing Portal for small and medium enterpises (SMEs)
In a statement, CIMB Group group chief strategy and design officer Gurdip Singh Sidhu it has introduced these online solutions to digitized and simplify its products and processes to provide customers with a more convenient banking experience. Due to the current situation that reshaped the customer’s banking behavior, CIMB is accelarating innovations to deliver the best value to meet the demand while keeping the employees safe at all times.
According to CIMB, individual customers can apply for new accounts online via e-form on the bank’s website while Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) can also submit financial applications online via CIMB’s Biz Financing Portal. The Amazing Customer Experience” (ACE) productivity tool can be also found on the portal that can enable bank’s relationship managers to submit or process loan applications for business owners.
