Heated Rivalry Stars Hudson Williams and Connor Storrie Named Olympic Torchbearers

Stars Hudson Williams and Connor Storrie from the hit series Heated Rivalry have been selected as official torchbearers for the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics. In the popular ice hockey romance drama, the announcement, which was announced by HBO Max on January 22, 2026, mentions their roles as ice hockey rivals Shane Hollander and Ilya Rozanov. This award is quite in line with the themes of the show as it links fiction and the real Olympic excitement before the opening of the Olympics on February 6 in Milan.

Torchbearers’ Role in Winter Olympics Relay

Hudson Williams and Connor Storrie will participate in the Olympic torch relay, which began in Rome last December and culminates before the Milano Cortina opening. Their leg dates are not given but they are in the company of more than 10,000 bearers representing unity and passion. The relay creates the anticipation of the events such as ice hockey that began February 11.

Connection to Heated Rivalry Series

Hyped Rivalry features the actors in a secretive romance involving hockey players who are competing, and which fans have been hooked on Crave and HBO Max ever since November 2025. Their breakout hits comprise Golden Globe nominations and buzz at the fashion week and this Olympic nomination is an appropriate addition to their personas on the ice.
