Popular Japanese star Koshi Mizukami who is known for ‘Meet Me After School’, ‘Lesson in Murder’ and ‘Meet My Daughter’ is shining brightly in the year 2025 with back to back interesting lineups. His upcoming movie ‘Kowloon Generic Romance’ will be released in Japan initially this Summer 2025. ‘Kowloon Generic Romance’ is an adaptation of the manga series of the same name and the theme is centered around love, nostalgia, lost memories, fate and surreal moments.
Riho Yoshioka plays the role of ‘Reiko Kujirai’ a real estate agent who is cheerful and professional in nature works with Hajime Kudou, an aloof colleague played by Koshi Mizukami. As the story progresses Reiko begins to feel some strange feelings while encountering Kudou. He realises that it is kind of deja vu which later reveals that some of his memories seem to be erased or altered either through memory manipulation or cloning. The core is clutched with the identity crisis and the reality of their feelings.
