Korean superstar Lee Min-ho is returning to the big screen after his recent K-drama ‘When The Stars Gossip’. The upcoming ‘Omniscient Reader: The Prophet‘ is coming to the big screens in July 2025 – and things couldn’t be more exciting.
‘Omniscient Reader: The Prophet’ dropped its first look teaser on February 15 and fans definitely cannot keep calm. The clip for this highly anticipated Korean film offers a glimpse of all the central characters and also hints at a rollercoaster ride.
It seems the makers are not concerned about the budget. This project has a stellar cast, featuring Lee Min-ho, Ahn Hyo-seop, BLACKPINK’s Jisoo, Chae Soo-bin, Shin Seung-ho and Nana, among others. Incredible, right?
‘Omniscient Reader: The Prophet’ tells the story of Kim Dok-ja (Hyo-seop). He suddenly finds himself inside a fantasy novel he is reading. Holding some ideas about the content of the novel, he sets out on a journey to save the day for all.
Min-ho plays Yoo Joong Hyuk, the protagonist from the novel. This project also stars Soo-bin. She is returning to the big screen after recently playing the female lead in the hugely successful K-drama ‘When The Phone Rings’.
