There are many records and world records for the batters and bowlers as an individual, when we look at the list of all-rounders in a team is itself will be a few of them. And to shine in all the three formats requires vast experience and a composed approach towards every game they play. This Sri Lankan All-rounder who debuted in the international ODI format in 2017 has now entered into the book of world records of cricket by becoming the 70th player to pick 100 wickets and 1000 runs in just 65 matches.
Who is he?
It is none other than Wanindu Hasaranga of Sri Lanka who is flashing as an all-rounder not only for his team but also in other league tournaments like IPL, SPL and others.
Hasaranga reached this greatest achievement while playing the 2nd ODI against Bangladesh in their home ground. Though his team couldn’t make into the winning side his three crucial wickets changed the pace of the game.
