Karl-Anthony Towns’ 20-Point 4th Lifts Knicks in Game 3 Win

It was Karl-Anthony Towns’ unexpected effort down the stretch that helped the Knicks pull off a vital Game 3 win over the Indiana Pacers at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. With three quarters behind them and a considerable score difference, the Knicks came alive when it had to count. Suddenly, Towns’ flood of 20 points pushed his team to a victory thanks to an amazing final offensive showing.

The tall man went hard to the basket, was fouled often and made tough shots against the Pacers’ defenders. Going hard in the paint gave opportunities to everyone and completely changed the game.

McBride helped to spark the scoring run that led to the victory

Miles McBride was the first to spark the Bulls’ run, as he made seven straight baskets late in the third quarter and helped reduce Indiana’s lead. Because of his energy, New York Knicks was able to lay the groundwork for their returning victory.After Jalen Brunson usually closes out games for the team, Towns took on that function at the key moments. This win lets the Knicks feel confident heading into the next games.
