The Japan Club Youth Soccer Championship (U-15), a premier youth football tournament held in Japan to find the qualified young talents under the age of 15 who are from diverse club teams across the country. And this tournament is organised by the Japan Football Association under the format of knockout which comprises round of 32, followed by quarter,semis and finals. It is an annual football tournament serving a vital platform for the young players who aim to expand their career as professional footballers.
The quarterfinals of this tournament took place on 21 June 2025 between Shimizu S-Pulse Junior Youth vs Kariya JY at Yakuji tournament. Game kicked off at 9.30 am at the end both the teams scored equal goals but via the penalty shootout Shimizu S-Pulse Junior Youth won their match. This victory took them into the semis of this tournament and the national tournament.
