We are on to Wordle #1546, and this one’s a little on the poetic side. Whether you prefer to try to solve it with minimum clues or you want to jump straight in, this is a guide for you to lock in an answer—or get really close.
Below are several hints increasing in helpfulness. Start with the first ones; only use the hints further down if you are having difficulty.
Since there is only one vowel in the word, choose starting guesses that will test a variety of different consonants, and the vowel you suspect.
The T as the first letter makes this much easier: focus the next guesses you make around that.
If there are no duplicate letters, once a letter is eliminated (yellow or grey), you can eliminate it for further guesses as well.
Use the additional clue (about what “your heart does”) to limit your guesses among the words starting with T and matching the other feedback patterns you have.
If you would like to verify whether you solved it or are just plain tired of guessing, the answer for Wordle #1546 (September 12, 2025) is:
THROB
Meaning: “to beat or sound with a strong, regular rhythm.”
This is a puzzle as it has a good balance. The strong hint (“something your heart does…”) combined with the first letter T and restrictions of no repeating letters and only a single vowel offers just enough structure to work with without making it too obvious at first. If you utilize a decent starting word and pay attention to your green/yellow information, it should be found in 3-4 tries for a majority of players.
