During the scaffolding an unfortunate collapse took place at the construction site of Kai Tak Hospital in Hong Kong which is located in the Shing Sheung road. This incident reportedly took place around 4pm and had caused injuries to six individuals, & few of them are in coma. The rescue team arrived timely and they are still rescuing the victims at the site.

The reports from the site states that a large number of bamboo branches which were used in the construction site of Tseung Kwan O Chinese Medicine Hospital and Government Chinese Medicine Testing Center, placed on the top floor of the site & signs of tilt have also been found. The workers were instructed not to commence their work and were cordoned off. Due to the strong winds the bamboo began to scaffold and fell down over the individuals at the site.
