Ananea Madivaru Maldives opened on April 9, 2025

Ananea Madivaru, Maldives, is in North Ari Atoll and is made up of two islands that are joined by a jetty over the water. The resort has 110 villas that mix modern style with South Asian and Indian Ocean traditions. The house reef is full of all kinds of plants and animals, and the central lagoon is beautiful. The design emphasises understated luxury and a connection to island life.

The Centara Grand Lagoon Maldives opened on April 1, 2025

Centara Grand Lagoon Maldives is in North Malé Atoll and is part of The Atollia, a group of islands that Centara built as a vacation spot. There are a lot of beachfront and overwater villas in the resort, and each one has its own pool or hot tub. Guests can use the amenities at both Centara Grand Lagoon and the nearby Centara Mirage Lagoon, which has a water park and several places to eat.

Feydhoo Maldives opened on July 27, 2025

DusitD2 Feydhoo Maldives is the newest hotel in the Dusit Hotels and Resorts chain. It is also on North Malé Atoll. This resort is easy to get to from Malé International Airport by speedboat, unlike its more isolated counterpart, Dusit Thani Maldives. The resort has modern rooms and facilities that are good for both luxury and accessibility travellers. 

Corinthia Maldives (Expected Late 2025)

Corinthia Hotels will open its first resort in the Maldives, called Corinthia Maldives, in late 2025. The resort will be on two islands next to each other. One will be a full-service luxury resort with about 73 villas, and the other will have a more private island experience. Nammos Resort Maldives will open in 2025

The Nammos Resort Maldives is set to debut in 2025 in the South Malé Atoll. The resort wants to combine luxury and sustainability by using eco-friendly design and practices in all of its operations.
