Who is Senuran Muthusamy? The Recent buzz from the Proteas Test Squad for WTC!!!

This June 2025 is going to be a historical moment for both the teams South Africa and Australia, who are participating in the finals of “World Test Championship”. If Proteas lift their trophy then it will be their first ever ICC WTC trophy and their ICC title after many decades. The team is gearing up for the most important day and they have unfurled their squad for the finals yesterday. 

Who is Senuran Muthusamy?

The internet and the social media pages in India are buzzing around this new joinee in the Test squad, Senuran Muthusamy. He is a South African cricketer whose origin roots from Nagapattinam of Tamil Nadu in India. He made his debut in international cricket representing SA in 2019. While, looking at his position in the team, he is an all-rounder (slow left arm bowler & left hand batter). 

So, his inclusion in the team makes a huge impact both in bowling and batting. The ardent cricket followers could remember this wonderful player who took the wicket of a legendary batsmen of India, Virat Kohli in his test debut against India in 2019. Let us sneak peek into his career quickly,
