Kanye West (now known as Ye) is set to perform at Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium in Jakarta on October 24, 2026. The concert will be an amazing 360 degree concert experience. But, in my opinion, the planning of the transport to and from the stadium and the organisation of the stadium will be just as important as the show. The following Ye Jakarta Concert guide covers the basic arrangements.
Ye Jakarta Concert Date and GBK Venue Details
According to the official concert website, October 24 will be on at 8 p.m. Western Indonesia Time (WIB). The event, which will be held at GBK Main Stadium, is being promoted by Raw Vision Collective. Concert-goers are advised to arrive early and heed the organiser’s instructions.
MRT Jakarta Schedule and Nearest Stations
According to the official travel guidelines, the MRT Jakarta is normally running from 5 am to midnight. GBK is convenient at Istora Mandiri and Senayan. Anyone travelling should find out what the times are, as extensions for concerts have not been confirmed.
GBK Gate Entry Map and Security Rules
Concert layout and access-guide information is included on the organiser’s website. Each person must be directed to the correct gate by official directions and not take it for granted that any GBK gate will be open. Be sure to have digital tickets on hand and follow security screening instructions.
Why Public Transport Is the Smarter Choice
The government in Jakarta has been proactively promoting public transport for major GBK events in order to alleviate traffic congestion. I believe that the MRT service and the planning of the journey home is more predictable than private cars or ride-hailing purely.
