Deputy Finance Minister Announces 10,000 Baht for Senior Citizens
To aid the senior citizens who are in need of financial support the Thailand government has executed a project which distributes 10,000 baht to all the senior citizens who are aged 60 years and registered through the Tang Rat application. After the successful registration the beneficiary will receive the amount at the right time which will be credited to their respective accounts via Digital Wallet.
Deputy Finance Minister Phao Phum Rojanasakul has announced on Friday, that on January 22, 2025 the first transfer will take place and if it doesn’t go well then the money will be credited in the next three transfers which includes February 28, March 28, and April 28, 2025. ‘If the transfer is still unsuccessful, it will be considered a waiver of rights’.
