ITZY dominates the playlist of South Korean and even the global music lovers as they exquisitely blend the electropop with hip-hop and dance-pop. Catchy hooks, appealing production works, grooving steps and captivating themes are the other key factors for their success. Their journey began in 2019 with the five members which includes Yeji, Lia, Ryujin, Chaeryeong and Yuna. Each has their own role during every album in accordance to their segregated parts to be bridged with the everyone.

Their agency JYP Entertainment has confirmed their arrival this June 2025 by dropping a teaser in which Park Jin-young makes a surprising appearance along with ITZY’s members. Further, the announcement underpins the following updates regarding the new album that is yet to be released. The promotion schedule released which includes – Track list release [26 May 2025], concept photos release [27th to 30th May 2025], album spoilers [2 June 2025], and music video teasers & photos [4th & 6th June 2025]. At 5 pm on 9th June 2025, ‘Girls Will be Girls’ will be officially out after countdown.
