Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the United Arab Emirates, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, has visited Atlantis The Royal, a new landmark on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah Island.

The ultra-luxury resort is a one-of-a-kind addition to Dubai’s magnificent skyline and hospitality attractions, rising 43 floors and covering 406,000 square meters. Emirates News Agency (WAM) stated on Saturday that the new resort complements Dubai Economic Agenda D33’s objective of consolidating the city’s status as one of the top three worldwide destinations for tourism and business.

Sheikh Mohammed stated that the private sector is an essential partner in Dubai’s development journey and a significant contribution to the city’s objectives for progress. He noted that public-private sector collaborations are crucial to Dubai’s economic goal and a significant driver of critical industries such as tourism.

Sheikh Mohammed, emphasizing the significance of the tourist industry as a key contributor to the national economy, stated, “We have ambitious development goals for the industry over the next 10 years. The United Arab Emirates and Dubai hope to improve the country’s standing as the world’s most popular tourist destination by expanding their relationships with the business sector.”

As part of our efforts to cultivate a favorable environment for investors, we are eager to promote new development prospects in the tourist industry. Our decades-long dedication to creating an incredibly secure and stable environment and a world-class infrastructure has laid the groundwork for a bright future, he continued.

The Most Gorgeous Reveal: Atlantis the Royal

Beyoncé launched Atlantis The Royal on Saturday night with an incredible performance. Her first live performance since 2018 began with a version of Etta James’ classic “At Last” before she sang some of her biggest songs, including “Halo” and “Crazy in love.”

She was joined by A.R. Rahman’s 48-member all-female orchestra, Firdaus. Lebanon’s The Mayyas, an all-female dance troupe, won America’s Got Talent.

Beyoncé was elevated sixteen feet above the Skyblaze fountain, surrounded by a field of water and fire, and performed “Drunk in Love” for the last moment of the concert, which was set against the breathtaking background of Atlantis The Royal.

The concert was followed by a drone and fireworks display.

Swedish House Mafia performed songs like as “One” and “Don’t Worry Child” while attendees partied till the wee hours of the morning. The three DJs got the celebration started and had the throng dancing until 3 a.m.

The stage was enhanced by pyrotechnic displays and more explosions.

The weekend was also highlighted by the star-studded grand openings of Nobu Dubai, Nobu by the Beach, and Ling Ling. In addition, guests toasted the debut of Kendall Jenner’s Mexican bottle brand on Cloud 22, the resort’s sky pool.

Guests staying in an Atlantis The Royal Suite or Signature Penthouse will get a tiny pillow menu from their butler, allowing them to customize their sleep experience. The one-of-a-kind gift includes small copies of each pillow, allowing visitors to examine the form, texture, and feel of the pillows prior to making their selection. The pillow menu features seven options, including cool down, memory foam for the head, memory foam for the feet, buckwheat, pregnancy, and body pillows.

The entrance to the resort is flanked on each side by a water feature from which fire bursts every few seconds. We cannot understand the science underlying it, but we recognize that it is astounding.

This specific sculpture, titled Firefalls, is comprised of two highly reflecting glass walls covered with rippling water and encircling programmed fire plumes.
