The June 2026 Architect Licensure Examination is a significant milestone in the journey to become a full-fledged architect. You are not allowed to use the term “Architect”, sign architectural plans and practice under Philippine law without undergoing your initial registration with the Professional Regulation Commission.

The LERIS Exam is used to process the registration process. Upon opening of registration for successful examinees, applicants will be required to make an online appointment, pay appropriate fee, and personally visit one of the PRC offices for verification of ID and issuance of Professional Identification Card. The PRC has posted that the Registration Schedule will be made public at the time of the official publication of the Board Exam results and will be done on the LERIS portal.

Complete the Required Oathtaking Before Registering

Please make sure to finish your proper oathtaking – face to face or PRC authorized online oathtaking – before you start your online registration. Usually after successful candidates take oaths as practitioners.

The PRC announces board examination results followed by separate oathtaking schedules on a regular basis for architects. At the Oath taking event, successful candidates must print their Oath Form including a generated QR code that is included as a document for proof of attendance, or from LERIS.

Prepare Your Documents Before Logging Into LERIS

Having your documents ready beforehand will make the administration of registration much more efficient and allow for a more seamless process in the online administration process to avoid session timed out.

An active LERIS account is required along with the app number from the Notice of Admission (NOA) and recent (2×2) passport size photo with white background saved in JPG format. It also is prudent to have a valid government issued ID on hand, as well as cash or a means to pay the initial registration fees via the online payment facilities. The PRC also reviews a variety of electronic payment methods via its Payment System application.

How to Register Your PRC Architect License Through LERIS?

Go to the official PRC LERIS portal and log in with the same account/credentials that were used while applying for the Architect Licensure Examination. If you no longer have access to your account, you can choose to make a new account with information which is exactly identical to your records of the examination.

Once logged in check out your own personal profile. Before starting, double-check the contact page information, your educational history and other personal records for accuracy. Upload a new ID photo.

Then click on “Select Transaction” and select “Initial Registration. Use “Architect” as the profession in the field, and fill in the application number as specified in your Notice of Admission. The system then will prompt you to select the PRC regional office or service center to pick-up your Professional Identification Card.

After choosing an appointment schedule, you’ll be taken to the online payment page where you’ll register for payment of the required fee via your preferred payment option. Once payment is verified please download and print your Registration Form and your Oath Form to present during your appointment.

What to Bring on Your PRC Appointment Date?

Visit the PRC office on the date and time listed in the Registration Form in person and bring the completed Registration Form and your valid government ID to verify your identity.

The PRC may also request other pieces of documentation like documentary stamps, Photo ID copies, and/or passport size photographs as requested in the instructions provided by you in your registration batch.

Documentary requirements may differ depending on the profession or with the result of the PRC examination schedule, so you are advised not to drop by the PRC office without carefully checking the official announcement included with the examination results of the PRC.

The registration of successful candidates is also completed with their own signature on this Roster of Registered Professionals.
