Need pickleball courts in Metro Manila or a convenient location to play on while traveling throughout the Philippines? SM Active Hub pickleball courts have quickly grown from a handful of malls to the nation’s largest network of pickleball courts in malls. SM has now opened 102 courts across 32 malls across the country as of August 2026, with more courts planned to open. Here’s all you need to know about locations, booking and the current rates of the players from Parañaque, Marikina, Laguna, Cebu and Cagayan de Oro.
SM Active Hub Pickleball Courts Expand Nationwide
Pickleball is growing rapidly in the Philippines. SM Active Hub has 86 courts in 29 malls as reported in May, which rose to 102 courts in 32 malls in August. There are plans to open another three courts in the third quarter, according to SM.
Tournaments, beginner activities, clinics and community open play events are also held on the network. SM reported over 100 tournaments, clinics and open play events earlier this year.
Players can use the official SM Active Hub pickleball directory to look for participating locations and booking information.
Where to Play Pickleball in Metro Manila
For players in the capital, SM pickleball courts are available across several convenient areas.
There are set up venues at SM North EDSA, SM South Mall, SM City Valenzuela and SM City Novaliches. The courts and events for the expansion of 2026 have also included courts in SM City Bicutan, SM City Sta. Mesa, SM City Marikina and SM Center Muntinlupa.
A significant one is the Four E-Com Center in the Mall of Asia complex. SM opened a six court setup there and chose it to host the 2026 SM Active Hub Pickleball Trio Challenge finals.
SM City Bicutan and Marikina Rates
The prices of SM Active Hubs vary from location to location in the country, so there is no one SM Active Hub price.
Current third-party court listings indicate that SM City Bicutan has ₱450 per hour court rental and ₱250 per person open play. The same rate of ₱450 per hour and ₱250 open-play is given for the case of SM City Marikina. Please verify the amount before payment as prices, schedules and promotions are subject to changes.
This is especially true when tournaments and promotional open play days are held, as normal court pricing may not be in effect.
Best SM Pickleball Courts Outside Metro Manila
The network stretches well beyond the capital, making it useful for players who travel frequently.
SM Active Hub courts in Luzon are SM City Santa Rosa (Laguna), SM City Molino (Cavite), SM Center Antipolo Downtown, SM City Baguio, SM City Cabanatuan, SM City Pulilan, SM Center Telabastagan, SM City Olongapo Central, SM City Rosario and SM City Rosales.
In the Visayas, gamers can check out SM Seaside City Cebu, SM City Consolacion, SM Center Ormoc and SM City Roxas. For Mindanao, there’s SM City CDO Uptown, and for Puerto Princesa, there’s the existing SM Active Hub.
How to Book an SM Active Hub Pickleball Court
In addition, SM Seaside City Cebu has been one of the popular regional destinations, and the Sky Play courts in CDO Uptown have also been included in SM’s nationwide pickleball programme.
SM provides players with an opportunity to explore pickleball activities, schedule free courts, and sign up for clinics through its SM Malls Online app. The participants in SM’s open-play event, which was held nationwide in August, registered via the SM Malls Online and Reclub apps.
The product is not available in all areas. A few courts have reservations and several community events provide free court sessions.
For instance, on 9th August, SM Active Hub held two hour open play sessions free of charge at court venues across the country. The event was open to everyone from novice to expert pickleball enthusiasts.
How Much Does Pickleball Cost at SM?
Expect rates to vary rather than follow one fixed national price.
Wherever there is a published price, a rule of thumb is that it is around ₱450 per court per hour; and at organised open play, it is around ₱250 per person. The promotional sessions may be free.
Balls, coaching and tournament registration fees may apply to paddle rentals. Make sure you know exactly what you’re getting for your money prior to booking.
