It’s a farewell with a happy tears for the fans of Takeru Satoh and Fuka Koshiba, as their fantasy romantic drama ‘Marry My Husband’ has reached its finishing line. It began to premier on 27 June 2025 on Amazon Prime Video, from the launch to till date the reception of every episode has been surpassing the predictions and presumptions. The audience who are familiar with the Korean version of this drama had a biased thoughts that this could be a good adaptation but cannot equal the original.
All those thoughts were broken when the acclaimed Japanese actor Takeru Satoh and actress Fuka Koshiba lifted the standards with their flawless acting. The number of episodes planned for the Japanese version was 10 and the makers have done the justice with the essential elements that was required for the broadcast. All the hype and excitement was carried out perfectly in all the eight episodes and the final episodes will be airing on Prime Video.
According to the data of the leading viewership tracker of Asian dramas Flix Patrol, ‘Marry My Husband’ Japan has been topping the list for the past 23 days with the average every day points of 52. And today the point has been recorded as 1,189. This is a massive record by a J-Drama ever in 2025.
