Tensions elevated and tactical intensity was growing enormously during the round 19 match between Daejeon and Gimcheon but surprisingly the face off finished in a goalless draw. As the K League 1 2025 is nearing the final phase each match carries more significant for the teams who wishes to finish their tournament on the winning side.
Today’s match went a little blend of emotional farewell to one of the star player Yoon Do-young who will join his new team Brighton & Hove Albion to play in the top tier tournaments of the world ‘English Premier League’. On the other hand, their efforts to score a goal was thwarted by the Gimcheon’s Sangmu at the backline followed by their disciplined counter attacks.
