The Weeknd, Canada’s superstar, will perform at the TM Stadium Nasional, Kuala Lumpur on November 4 & 5, 2026 at 8:30 PM.
The stadium concerts are expected to draw thousands of fans, and so advance arrangements for the security check-in and transport to and from the stadium will be required.
Here’s The Weeknd Stadium Tour ticketing guide for concert fans in Malaysia, including the rules on their bags, public transport to and from Bukit Jalil, and what to look out for when you arrive at the gates.
The Weeknd Stadium Tour Bag Policy and Prohibited Items
Backpacks and bags over A4 size will not be allowed, Live Nation Malaysia said. Other items like power banks over 10,000mAh, umbrellas, cameras, laptops and glass and metal containers are also limited. The cost of temporary storage is RM15, which will be collected after the show.
Bukit Jalil LRT Routes and Concert Transportation
Those who will be traveling via public transport can use the Sri Petaling LRT Line to reach the Bukit Jalil Station which is about 5 to 8 minutes from the stadium. Rapid KL offers service information. Organisers advise the use of touch ‘n go cards and to arrive early as neighbouring roads can become congested.
Stadium Gate Opening Times and Ticket Verification
General Admission Gates open at 4:45 PM and Ultimate VIP Check In starts at 3:30 PM. Tickets have to be taken at the assigned gates and possess identification. Fans must have electronic tickets in hand for security screening, and fans are required to have them.
Concert Schedule and Post-Show Exit Arrangements
Creepy Nuts is scheduled for 7:30 PM, followed by Japanese DJ at 6:10 PM. The Weeknd will kick off around 8:30 PM. The organisers will ensure that there are staggered exits after the concert to minimise crowding and pedestrian flow.
