Abunai Deka is back!: Japanese Detective Classic Gets First Movie in 8 Years

The Friday Road Show will be featuring the popular superhit Japanese movies for the first time on the terrestrial TV for the three consecutive weeks. It marks the thrilling revival of the iconic ‘Abunai Deka’ series, ‘Return of the Dangerous Detective’ who reunite with the legendary duo Tachi Hiroshi and Shibata Kyohei as Takayama and Oshita. Well, the story narration revolves around after the long exile in New Zealand the former detectives return to Yokohama who get caught in a tangled mystery involving a missing woman, daughter and a threat is also growing eventually.

These movies exquisitely bridge the past and present events that are appealing to longtime fans and new viewers alike. This broadcasting will celebrate the star studded cast and the 38 years of emotional nostalgia which becomes a legacy by adding the essence of fresh drama, sleeky actions, and humor that resonates the spirit of Reiwa era.
