This morning (April 30, 2026), the game’s developers issued a final call to action for players to snag the highly sought after Soul Shards before they’re locked away until next year at midnight. Soul Shards are essential for obtaining the “Final Harbinger” unit upgrade, which many players claim to be a meta-defining move for 2026.
In today’s Anime Apocalypse world, Soul Shards are used as the currency for the coveted “Etherealization” upgrade. With the May 1 deadline looming, the shortage of these items has the community in a frenzy. These shards cannot be earned via normal quests or even a special quest to earn “special” coins – they must be earned from specific “Rift of Ruin” raids.
The “Final Harbinger” transfiguration (which costs 50 shards) provides a staggering 200% bonus to area-of-effect damage. To progress up the Anime Apocalypse Tier List, if you miss this deadline, you’ll need to wait until the next celestial alignment, which occurs in late 2027.

At 10:00 AM today, a new code was leaked on the [suspicious link removed]. The code “FINALHOPE2026” can be entered in the game menu to give you 10 Soul Shards. This code can only be used once per account and is targeted at players who are close to reaching 50 Soul Shards.
Normal raids are limited, but the “Infinite Rift” was opened today for the last 24 hours. Completing this raid to Wave 50 gives you 5 Soul Shards. It should take around 20 minutes if you have a top-level team. The Roblox Game Page states that players should make sure their “Luck Boosters” are on to potentially double the drop.
