Pilot salary in the Philippines in 2023

The prestige of wearing such a flamboyant outfit and having a line of stewardesses after you at the airport, as well as the honour of serving the public while receiving the proper income and benefits, make being a pilot one of those professions with high compensation benefits.

Depending on the airline, such as Cebu Pacific, Air Philippines, and Philippine Airlines, pilot salaries can differ. Pilots claim that they are the most accurate estimates.

Based on experience, abilities, gender, or region, pilot pay varies greatly. A First Class Officer typically earns between 80,000 and 120,000 Philippine Pesos each month. Be aware that a pilot’s pay is also influenced by his or her qualifications and accumulated flight time. In addition to their base pay, pilots also receive extra money for things like clothing, food, lodging, and other living expenses.
