The hits recorded for Westlife in social media are more than evident in the Philippines following the official global ticket sales to open at 12 Noon for the band’s Manila stop on WESTLIFE 25: The Anniversary World Tour.
The eagerly awaited event is set for January 20, 2027 at SM Mall of Asia Arena, and thousands of Filipino music enthusiasts aimed to grab seats for the show just in minutes since tickets were released online.
As early as early afternoon, screenshots were circulating online and were showing the digital queue already having over 20,000 users.
The presale of the WESTLIFE 25 concert is already live. The tour came with a lot of excitement and it has a lot to do with the 25th anniversary celebration Westlife was celebrating. For years, Filipinos have been waiting for the group to play in their hometown, which in this case is Manila, and it’s one of the show’s biggest delights of 2027.
The WESTLIFE 25 also coincides with the release of their anniversary compilation on which they showcased retro songs and others that have brought back memories to fans. Chants for “My Love,” “Flying Without Wings” and also “Swear It Again” remain to be extremely popular in many areas in the Philippines.
Currently, the lineup is another driver of demand. Along with Shane Filan, Nicky Byrne and Kian Egan are slated to perform at this Manila show, while Mark Feehily will be on hiatus for health reasons due to a long tenure with the band.
Some of the more expensive sections were already filling up during the afternoon rush on May 15th. Temporarily “Selecting” parts of the service, such as the SVIP 1 and Lower Box Premium were commonly reported.
The top tiers of the SVIP still offer the better value of ₱16,500 to ₱17,500. For the middle-tier VIP and Box Premium areas, there is also big demand as many fans find it to be balanced between the price and terrace view.
Meanwhile, the General Admission and Upper Box tickets are expected to stay on sale longer because of the increased allocation of seats to those areas. Check the below table for ticket price.

Not having multiple tabs with the same username as this could generate log-in problems and/or reset the queue, giving rise to duplicate tickets. Advanced buyers prefer to try different browsers or different devices instead of backup attempts.
The site is the most important feature for most customers, but during peak moments when online traffic may be large, it can be beneficial for them to make purchases in person at SM Tickets locations. When the main site has a performance drop, ticket counters inside SM malls are still functioning by a separate backend system with a possibility of cancelling purchases.
Cineplex users who are having problems with a queue that is stopping them from paying many times could find it helpful to go to the nearest SM movie theater or customer service centres as soon as premium seats go on sale.
