President Marcos welcomed the expansion of the bilateral agreements between the two nations, expanding beyond trade and investment to address current issues in the Asia-Pacific area, according to the Presidential Palace. “I suppose that now times have changed, and those agreements have gone beyond just trade, just business, just investment.
