Healthcare workers wearing scrubs while buying groceries, accused of “spreading the virus”

FLORIDA – Two healthcare workers were confronted by another shopper and accused of ‘spreading the virus’ for having their medical scrubs on while inside a grocery store.

The heated encounter was captured on video where another shopper harrassed Juliann Roberts, an audiologist together with her companion at Winn-Dixie supermarket.

According to Roberts, the woman confronted them and was told that wearing their scrubs is totally inaappropriate in a grocery store. As she tried to explain her side and told her that they are not working at a hospital, the woman continues to harass and follow them around the grocery store.

“At first I was very alarmed, but I realized we’re in the middle of a pandemic and the lady is scared and that’s why she’s acting this way, ” According to the report, the grocery manager intervened and asked both parties to stay on diff parts of the store.

Although, the woman threatened to call the cops, No arrests were made.
