Lee Jun Ho, a famous South Korean singer, songwriter, dancer, composer and actor, is a part of the famous K-drama “King The Land.” The drama has become popular across the world. The drama gives the classic “old-school rom-com vibes.”

Lee Jun Ho challenges directions for the drama. He personally makes changes to his character. His character Gu Won is liked by fans. 

The K-drama aired its first episode on 17 June 2023 on Netflix. Cho Seong-hoon; Kim Do-kyun; and Han Jae-hoon are the executive producers of the show. 

The show stars Lee Jun-ho and Im Yoon-ah in lead roles. It airs every Saturday and Sunday at 22:30 on JTBC. The series is a story about Gu Won (Lee Jun-ho), the heir and head of The King Group, a luxury hotel company, who was thrown into an inheritance war, and Cheon Sa-rang (Im Yoon-ah), a hotelier who always smiles in front of Goo Won.

Their first kiss scene received tremendous praise because Gu Won had asked for consent. Reportedly, he made subtle changes to his character. His behind-the-scenes footage was also released. In the behind-the-scenes clip, Junho put his foot down to learn about his character. He was given directions but he made some changes. He said that his character did not want him to raise his voice toward Sa Rang. The actor reportedly said, “That’s too aggressive. I’m concerned about two things. I’d like the scene to not be violent, and I also don’t want to raise my voice too much.”
