President Yoon Takes On North Korea-Russia Arms Deal at APEC Summit

South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol is set to address the alleged illicit arms deal between North Korea and Russia during the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit in San Francisco. Yoon emphasizes the security implications of this purported deal and plans to discuss the international response.
