Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 8 is projected to be RM5,299 and above at the 256GB version and higher. They are said to be adding a re-designed hinge, a less visible display hinge, and a bigger battery to ensure better performance throughout the day.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 is anticipated to cost around RM8,999 for the lower storage level of 256 GB. Samsung is expected to be rolling out its latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, and a touch wider cover display, alongside a refreshed aspect ratio, in order to enhance multitasking and productivity.
On the other hand, if the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra comes with a premium starting price, it could hit the mark of above RM9,999. Samsung is offering this Reservation+ Pass for those who wish to get more savings when they buy. Customers who pre-pay a RM50 refundable deposit will get a guaranteed RM250 refundable discount voucher to use at the time they place an official pre-order.
Expected Pre-Order Freebies
Apart from the voucher promotions, there are a number of cool launch incentives from Samsung Malaysia and the retailers.
The most interesting offer is up to RM200 for Touch ‘n Go eWallet cashback via select payment points. The participating banks and retailers could differ but cashback offers are widely used during Samsung flagships.
Samsung also will be continuing their liberal trade-in offer as well. For those customers switching to a Z Fold 6 or Galaxy Z Fold 7 from other devices, they may end up with the benefit of enticing trade-in offers and extra promotional top-up rebates for remaining a customer at the same time adding to the purchase price.
Storage Upgrade Changes
