Xiaomi has launched its huge Mi Power Bank 3 30,000mAh which keeps more backup power on the go. This is effectively the higher-capacity variant of the 20,000mAh Mi Power Bank 3 that allows easy 2-way charging.

It is priced at CNY 169 (about RM101) in China and comes with 2x USB-A, 1x USB-C, and 1x microUSB port. The device USB-C allows 2-way switching, while the device microUSB is for input only.

Compared to the 20,000mAh edition, the 30,000mAh power bank supports up to 18W performance and you can charge 3 devices simultaneously with both the full size USB port and the USB-C connection. This power bank has the ability to charge the Xiaomi Mi 10 and Redmi K30 Pro 4.5 times, or 10.5 times the new iPhone SE 2020, according to Xiaomi.

The power bank will help easy charging for the latest iPhone models if you use the USB-C to lightning cable. With the 30,000mAh power bank, an iPhone 11 which supports 18W USB-PD charging can be fully charged in 1 hour and 45 minutes.

It supports 24W access, and the power bank can be completely charged in 7.5 hours with a 30W USB-PD adapter. An 18W charge would take 10 hours to regenerate, although it would take 31 hours for a slower 5W charge.

Take notice that this power bank is not suitable for air travel with a volume of 30,000mAh. It is suggested that you have a 20,000mAh power bank or lower for foreign travel.

One must should suggest having the 20,000mAh Mi Powerbank 3 Pro that supports up to 45W performance then people should need a power bank that will charge a laptop. In China, it’s valued at 199CNY (about RM120) although several online retailers in Malaysia may offer it. There is also a 10,000mAh Mi Powerbank 3 Super Flash variant which pushes a 50W max output costing 249CNY (around RM150).
