In the Philippines, Indonesia, and Malaysia, Ninja Van, a tech-enabled express logistics firm that provides hassle-free delivery solutions across Southeast Asia (SEA), is designated as TikTok Shop’s logistics partner.

Through this collaboration, online purchases made on TikTok Shop in the Philippines, Indonesia, and Malaysia will be collected from sellers, sorted at hubs, and delivered to customers by Ninja Van.

Ninja Van and TikTok Shop share the goal of assisting SME success in Southeast Asia.

With TikTok Shop enabling brands and sellers to sell within the TikTok platform and Ninja Van transporting buyers’ purchases from pixels on screens to doorsteps, SMEs can now focus on refining their products for customers.

“Being there from the beginning gives us a front-row seat to the progress of e-commerce in Southeast Asia. We’ve witnessed how SMBs have adapted to the winding flow of e-commerce, including the navigation of a pandemic, and we’ve always been there to remove the hassle out of their packages.”

TikTok Shop is an innovative, fully-integrated marketplace within TikTok. It connects TikTok’s online retailers, buyers, and creators.

Merchants’ items are promoted to TikTok audiences via in-feed videos, livestreams, and a prominently displayed product showcase tab on their TikTok profile pages, all of which are powered natively within the platform.

Since August 2022, TikTok Shop has introduced local-to-local e-commerce solutions in six Southeast Asian (SEA) nations: the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Singapore.
